This chocolate bread pudding with hot fudge sauce is a chocolate lovers dream food. I can’t leave it alone when I make it and my family loves it for dessert. The sauce is wonderful on ice cream, too.
Hot Fudge Sauce
1/3 cup cocoa
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat until boils. Cook 3 minutes while boiling stirring a few times. Remove from heat and serve over ice cream, cake, bread pudding. This sauce is delicious. Makes about 2 cups.
Enjoy!

Land ! That looks and sounds fabulous! What a great idea to use biscuits…guess that’s a southern thing huh? So glad you shared. I am pinning this one!
The problem with making bread pudding from biscuits is we never have any leftover. Next time we’ll double the batch! Looks fantastic.
