These cookies made with honey will spice up your day!
2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring 1 cup honey 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup walnut pieces In a large mixing bowl whisk together eggs, honey, sugar, and vanilla. Add baking soda, cinnamon, and flour and mix well. Fold in walnuts. Spray a cookie sheet. Roll dough into balls with your hands and flatten with a fork dipped in sugar.
