These little sourdough muffins are great with any meal. Try them with butter right out of the oven and you will make these a favorite.
Stir together all the dry ingredients. Combine the beaten egg, sourdough starter, and oil, mix well. Add to dry ingredients and stir till moist. Spray muffin tins and fill 3/4 full of batter.
