Sourdough Muffins - CopyThese little sourdough muffins are great with any meal.  Try them with butter right out of the oven and you will make these a favorite.

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup sourdough starter
1/4 cup cooking oil (I use Canola)
Stir together all the dry ingredients.  Combine the beaten egg, sourdough starter, and oil, mix well.  Add to dry ingredients and stir till moist.  Spray muffin tins and fill 3/4 full of batter.   Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 17 – 20 minutes.  Makes 10 – 12 muffins.   Click to  find my Sourdough Starter  and Sourdough Bread recipes.   Enjoy!
