YELLOW BANANA CAKE
This delicious yellow banana cake is so simple to make! Great for any occasion.
If your family loves bananas this cake is for you. It’s super simple to make but absolutely delicious. Great to take to any gathering. You can add a cream cheese frosting, powdered glaze or just sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Yellow Banana Cake
1 box Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix
1 (3.4 ounce) box banana cream instant pudding and pie filling
2 bananas, mashed
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup milk
Mix the dry ingredients, add eggs, oil and milk. Mix with mixer. Fold in bananas. Spray cake pan with cooking spray. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes or until done in the middle.
You can top with Cream Cheese Frosting or a Sugar Glaze.

This may be a silly question, but can this be baked as a layer cake? I’m looking for a banana cake for my mother’s birthday and this looks perfect.
I’m sure it could, you would just have to really lessen the cooking time. Probably 15-20 minutes or so, then check to see if it’s done.
We drink skim milk can I use that or should I use whole milk?
