Frosting 2 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened 1 1/2 cups confectionery sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring 2 – 4 tablespoons carnation milk 1/2 cup nuts of your choice Combine all ingredients except nuts and mix until smooth. Frost cake and sprinkle nuts on top. Note: This frosting is more like a sauce that you pour over the cake than cake frosting. If you want to frost the entire cake, you might consider making my Nutmeg Frosting for this cake. Enjoy!
