My family can’t get enough of these potatoes roasted in the oven with garlic and oil! We like them better than fries and you can make them so many different ways. We like the garlic! A great side dish for any meal.6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks 4 tablespoons olive oil or Canola oil (I have used both) 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (can use more) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Spray a large baking sheet. In a large bowl, combine potatoes and other ingredients. Stir well to make sure the potatoes are well coated. Spread out on baking pan. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 50 – 60 minutes, turning about 4 times while cooking. Serves 4. Enjoy!
