HONEY BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS

This recipe is so easy and so good.  Honey is one of my all time favorite things and gives chicken such a great taste!

2 to 4  boneless chicken breasts (Could use thighs or legs, too)
2 cups corn flakes, crushed
1/3 cup honey
Salt and Pepper

Put corn flakes in a plastic bag and crush as fine as you can get them.  Add salt and pepper to crumbs and pour into a bowl.   Put honey in a second bowl.  Dip chicken in honey making sure it is fully coated, then in cornflake crumbs.
Spray baking dish and bake chicken in preheated 375 degree oven for about 60 minutes until golden brown.  Enjoy!

This makes a quick and easy main dish that everyone will love.

  7. I make this with a slight twist.I just use water to wet chicken then coat in cornflakes then drizzle melted butter over coated chicken on the cookie sheet.I also cut the chicken breast down to make them small strips for the kids.I love the idea of honey though and can’t wait to try it.We just had our version last night. We have it almost weekly.
