This recipe is so easy and so good.  Honey is one of my all time favorite things and gives chicken such a great taste!

2 to 4  boneless chicken breasts (Could use thighs or legs, too)
2 cups corn flakes, crushed
1/3 cup honey
Salt and Pepper
Put corn flakes in a plastic bag and crush as fine as you can get them.  Add salt and pepper to crumbs and pour into a bowl.   Put honey in a second bowl.  Dip chicken in honey making sure it is fully coated, then in cornflake crumbs.
Spray baking dish and bake chicken in preheated 375 degree oven for about 60 minutes until golden brown.  Enjoy!
This makes a quick and easy main dish that everyone will love.

Love this!!!! If you were to use chicken strips, how long on baking time??? Thanks so much!!!!

  2. This reminds me of the fabulous fried chicken served at the famous Pirate House in Savannah Ga. They have a delicious honey and pecan glaze drizzled over their chicken. I plan to make this very soon.

  3. Works better if you dip the chicken in plain greek yogurt mixed with the honey. Super juicy.
