If you like blueberries, you will love this recipe.
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bisquick
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
3 bananas, mashed
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together except blueberries. Mix well with a large spoon. Fold in blueberries. Spray a loaf pan and add bread mixture. Bake 45 to 55 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
This bread is wonderful served with coffee in the morning or for a snack anytime. I love it right out of the oven with butter while it is still hot. Enjoy!

You and I must think a like. I was just pondering recipes I could try to use some blueberries I bought when I saw your post. Now I know what to do with the blueberries!
